Colosseum Arena Access

Description

Accessing the Arena del Coliseo is one of the most special ways to discover this icon of ancient Rome. As you enter the Coliseo Arena, you can enter directly at the level of where the gladiadores are and feel the history of the city center.

A difference from usual visits, this entry allows you to access the Arena through a reserved gate, following the paths of gladiadores, emperors and spectators who experience some of the most famous episodes of the history of the Roman Imperio. This is a privileged point to contemplate the Coliseum from the front, with a unique perspective of its architecture and the magnitude of its grade.

The entry includes in addition the access to the Roman Forum and the Monte Palatino, the political, religious and social heart of ancient Rome. We can recall the temples, the three-story arches, the imperial squares and the palace restaurants, exploring the city where one of the major civilizations of history arose.

You can visit the Forum and the Palace before or after you access the Arena, within 24 hours before or after the time reserved for the Coliseo. From this way, tendrás libertad to organize your visit to your ritmo.
