Description

Discover the Albufera Natural Park and watch the best sunset in Valencia: surrounded by rice fields, the largest lake in Spain and more than 300 species of birds.

When you hear the word "Valencia", you are sure to think of this beautiful natural setting, the Albufera, an idyllic place where there is much to learn: its flora, fauna, architecture, gastronomy... characterise the city in a unique way.

It is a landscape that you will not find anywhere else.Come and discover it!

Itinerary:

A dream route...

We will start the route in the dunes of 'el Saler', to admire its virgin dunes and marvel at the autochthonous flora, as well as the views of its beach and the Mediterranean Sea.
We will continue the excursion by car to continue admiring this beautiful landscape until we reach the jewel of the park... The lake! Did you know that it is the largest lake in Spain?
We will enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of it from the jetty of the Puchol gorge, while our guide explains to us the peculiarities of this Mediterranean ecosystem and its geographical and social importance throughout history.
Our next stop will be El Palmar. This island of the Albufera condenses the fishing essence that has characterised this area of Valencia since its beginnings.

We will still be able to see some 18th century barracks.

We will pass through its two main streets and enjoy a boat ride to admire the charms of the area from a new point of view. We will also see several old barracas (on the outside), the typical Valencian house that represents one of the symbols of the region due to its traditional architecture.

Here we will take the boat for a breathtaking ride: we will see the most beautiful sunset in Valencia. The end of an activity full of nature and calm.
